Tornado Search includes two features: Tornado Search and Tornado Distributed Search.
Developed over 16 years and backed by over 60 patented technologies, the internal index structure of the proprietary search core is designed on the design principles of the new generation Enhanced Inverted Index. Accommodating Unicode for multiple languages, it excels in performance. The engine analyzes both structured and unstructured raw text or field information data, establishing an index library. Single queries are completed within milliseconds (0.01~second), outperforming traditional database processing by several times. It can also list diverse search results based on query conditions.
Moreover, Tornado Search can integrate across data sources, process and analyze content in various file formats, and conduct full-text searches on both structured and unstructured files. The system offers diverse suggestions while adapting to internal enterprise permission controls and associations, presenting intelligent sorting of search results. Developed with standard APIs and Web Services, the lightweight structure enables easy construction, integration, and invocation with other systems. Additionally, Tornado Search combines with AI Semantic Analysis components for further value-added applications.
